Step 1: Apply
Take an appropriate amount and warm between fingers, then massage over dry face and lips/eye area to dissolve makeup.

Step 2: Emulsify
Add a small amount of water and continue massaging to emulsify.

Step 3: Rinse
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
