📦 Delivery Timeframes

Please note that deliveries may take longer than the estimated timeframes during peak periods such as sales, promotions, or new product launches.
While we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, slight delays may occur.

Dear Glow requires 2–5 business days to process all orders before shipment.
Additional delivery time from the courier will be shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping for orders SGD $60+
  • SGD $5.50 flat fee for orders below SGD $60

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
  • Dear Glow is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels resulting from: unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or recipient negligence

      Dear Glow currently ships to the following countries:

      • Australia
      • New Zealand

      All international shipments are fulfilled via our global carrier network. Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 working days, though shipping fees and customs clearance durations may vary by destination.

      ✈️ General International Shipping Policies

      • Shipping fees differ based on destination, parcel weight, and dimensions.
      • All customs duties, taxes, VAT/GST, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
      • Dear Glow is legally required to declare the full and accurate value of each shipment. Under-declaration is strictly prohibited.
      • Customs clearance procedures and timelines are determined by local authorities and are beyond Dear Glow’s control.
      • For international customers who would like to purchase other wellness products and any other Beauty products, please check with your local authorities on general prohibitions & restrictions prior to purchasing. In the event of non-compliance to country-specific requirements, please note that international customers will be responsible for any return of products back to Dear Glow at their own cost and/or should custom decides to dispose the products, do note that there will be no refund provided.

      ⚠️ Customs, Import Duties & Non-Compliance

      • Failure to pay customs duties or comply with import regulations may result in the parcel being returned, rejected, or destroyed by customs.
      • Orders returned due to unpaid duties, refusal of delivery, or import non-compliance are strictly non-refundable.
      • Any additional return charges imposed by DHL or customs will be the responsibility of the customer.
