❓ How does this website work?
Dear Glow (Dearglow) offers both Ready Stock and Preorder items.
Ready Stock
- No special tag in the product title or description
- Ships within 2–5 business days after order confirmation (Singapore orders)
Preorder Items
- Products will include a [PREORDER] tag in the title
- The product description will clearly state the estimated timeline for arrival
- Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks as items are produced, shipped to Singapore, and undergo quality checks
❓ How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your parcel in real time.
❓ Can I exchange or return items?
Exchange or return is available for eligible cases.

❓ Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available for:
- Singapore orders over SGD $60
- International orders over SGD $300

❓ I live in Singapore. How long does delivery take?
Ready-stock orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.
❓ How are orders handled when I buy Ready Stock and Preorder items together?
For operational efficiency, Dear Glow does not combine or split orders.
If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will be shipped only after all preorder stock arrives.
If you wish to receive ready-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
❓ Do you ship wellness products overseas?
Some wellness products may be restricted depending on your country’s regulations.
Please check with your local authorities regarding ingredient and product restrictions before purchasing.
If a parcel is returned or disposed of due to customs rejection or import restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any return costs, and no refund will be issued for items discarded by customs.
❓ Can I pick up my items instead of delivery?
Self-collection and express pick-up are not available at the moment. All orders will be delivered via our designated courier service.
❓ My shipment is delayed. Who should I contact?
Please email us with your name and order number, and our team will assist you.

❓ What should I do if I experience an allergic reaction?
Please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@dearglow.shop with:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A detailed description of the symptoms
Our team may request photos of the product, packaging, and affected area to assist further.
As every skin type responds differently, we recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before trying new products.
