Due to the nature of high-concentration vitamin C formulas, slight discoloration or a change in scent may occur over time — this is normal.

If you have sensitive skin, you may experience a mild tingling sensation. Although the product has passed skin irritation tests, if discomfort occurs, apply a nourishing moisturizer before and/or after use, or start with a lower-concentration vitamin C product to help your skin adjust.

Gas may build up inside the container due to the vitamin C, which may cause the pump to dispense air at first. This is not a defect — simply pump several times until the formula comes out smoothly.
