Step 1: Apply
Take an appropriate amount and apply to dry face, massaging gently to dissolve makeup and impurities.

Step 2: Remove
Wipe off with a cotton pad or tissue, or emulsify with water and rinse.

Step 3: Follow up
Continue with a foam cleanser, such as ECLADO Enhancer Mild Cleanser, for a complete double cleanse.

Q. Do I still need a foam cleanser after using this?
A. It depends on your day. If you only wore SPF or light base makeup, Purifying Cleanser alone is enough. If you wore makeup, or have oily skin, follow up with a foam cleanser like ECLADO Enhancer Mild Cleanser as your second step for a complete double cleanse.

Q. What's the difference between Purifying Cleanser and Perfect Cleansing Smoothie Balm?
A. Perfect Cleansing Smoothie Balm has stronger makeup-removing power than Purifying Cleanser, and works as an all-in-one lip and eye remover plus cleansing oil. It's the better choice if you wear heavier or long-wearing makeup, or want a single balm that handles everything from lips and eyes to base makeup in one step. Purifying Cleanser is a milk cleanser suited for sensitive skin, better suited for days with just SPF and light base makeup.

Q. What's the difference between Purifying Cleanser and Enhancer Mild Cleanser?
A. They're different steps. Purifying Cleanser is the 1st-step milk cleanser for removing base makeup, while Enhancer Mild Cleanser is the 2nd-step foam cleanser that rinses everything away, gentle enough for the whole family to use daily.

Q. Do I need Enzyme Deep Cleanser Pure Powder as well?
A. It's optional, for a deeper clean. Enzyme Deep Cleanser Pure Powder is a 3rd-step weekly deep-cleansing powder that mixes with lukewarm water into a rich foam to clear out buildup and old dead skin, recommended once a week (or once every 2 weeks for very sensitive skin). Purifying Cleanser and Enhancer Mild Cleanser cover your daily double cleanse; the powder is an add-on for weekly deeper care.
