Earlyance 3-Second Tissue-Off Glow Lip Tattoo Stain skips the wait. Its water-based formula spreads smoothly over lips, and color particles settle into the fine lines of the lip surface within seconds. Wipe off the excess, and what’s left is a clean, even stain that looks like your own lips, only better.
You control the intensity by the second: 3 seconds for a sheer wash, 10 seconds for a soft flush, 30 seconds for deeper color. Once set, the color is made to last up to 24 hours, with Tremella Mushroom Extract, Collagen, and Ceramide NP to keep lips feeling comfortable, plus a plumping ingredient for a fuller, smoother look.

International Shipping Policy
Dear Glow is a Singapore-based online platform. For international orders, all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that duty thresholds and tax rates vary by country.
Dear Glow offers complimentary international shipping on qualifying orders. However, additional shipping charges may apply in the following cases: orders shipping to remote areas, or when air freight costs increase due to fuel surcharge adjustments. If applicable, our team will notify you of any additional charges before dispatch.
Once your order is placed, our team will send you an email with the estimated customs duties, taxes, and processing fees for your destination. Please reply with your preferred shipping option:
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Duties and fees are paid upfront, so your order arrives with no additional charges on delivery.
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Duties, taxes, and any carrier-imposed processing fees are your responsibility upon delivery. Please note that these charges are determined by your local carrier and may exceed the DDP amount quoted by Dear Glow.
If we do not receive a response within 7 days of your order date, your order will be automatically cancelled.
