The Dear Glow E-Gift Card will be delivered instantly via email upon successful purchase and may be redeemed exclusively on the Dear Glow online store.

To redeem, enter the gift card code at checkout. Gift cards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount codes, or vouchers.

Once issued and delivered to the recipient’s email address, the e-gift card is strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled or reversed under any circumstances.

Dear Glow offers complimentary international shipping on qualifying orders. However, additional shipping charges may apply in the following cases: orders shipping to remote areas, or when air freight costs increase due to fuel surcharge adjustments. If applicable, our team will notify you of any additional charges before dispatch.

Once your order is placed, our team will send you an email with the estimated customs duties, taxes, and processing fees for your destination. Please reply with your preferred shipping option:

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Duties and fees are paid upfront, so your order arrives with no additional charges on delivery.

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Duties, taxes, and any carrier-imposed processing fees are your responsibility upon delivery. Please note that these charges are determined by your local carrier and may exceed the DDP amount quoted by Dear Glow.

If we do not receive a response within 7 days of your order date, your order will be automatically cancelled.
